3. Legal grounds
- Providing the game you asked for — sign-in, game profile, progress, statistics, connecting you to games.
- Your consent — access to your Epic Games account data, which you grant on the Epic Games consent screen and can withdraw at any time.
- Our legitimate interests — server logs for security, troubleshooting and preventing abuse.
- Legal obligations — where the law requires us to keep or disclose data.
4. Who we share data with
- Epic Games, Inc. — we use Epic Online Services for sign-in, cloud saves, statistics, leaderboards and finding game servers, so the data in section 2 is stored and transferred through these services. For your Epic Games account itself, see the Epic Games Privacy Policy.
- Hosting providers that run our game servers and this website, under contracts that require them to protect the data.

- Authorities — only when required by law.
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We use providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep data

- Flight results on the station boards — up to 30 days (the boards show today's and recent flights).
- Server logs — up to 30 days, longer only when needed to investigate a specific security incident.

- The local copy of your profile and your settings stay on your device until you delete the game.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; or transfer it to you in a machine-readable format. Write to support@mindsource.kz from the email linked to your Epic Games account, or tell us your Epic Games display name and the game account ID shown in the game's profile screen, so that we can verify the request.
You can withdraw the game's access to your Epic Games account at any time through your Epic Games account settings. After that we keep only what is described in section 5 and delete it on request.
If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
7. Children
DeadCourse is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect more data from children than described in this policy. Children's use of an Epic Games account is subject to the Epic Games account rules and parental controls set by their parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can ask us at support@mindsource.kz to see or delete their child's data.
8. Security
Your cloud save is encrypted on your device before it is uploaded. The game connects to online services over encrypted connections. Access to our servers and logs is limited to the people who run the game.
9. Changes to this policy
We will publish any changes on this page and update the effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also tell players in the game.
